Payroll Giving

Give Through Payroll Deduction

Make a lasting impact—one paycheque at a time.

Payroll giving is one of the easiest ways to support the Acoustic Neuroma Association of Canada (ANAC). By donating a small amount from each paycheque, you can make a big difference in the lives of Canadians living with acoustic neuroma—all while spreading your gift throughout the year.

Why Choose Payroll Giving?

  • Simple & Convenient – Your donation is automatically deducted from your pay
  • Tax Benefits – Charitable deductions appear right on your T4 slip at tax time
  • Affordable Generosity – Even $5 or $10 each pay adds up to meaningful support
  • Reliable Support – Your steady contributions help us plan programs and services with confidence

How to Register ANAC with Your Payroll Program

1. Check Your Workplace Program

Many employers offer payroll deduction through workplace giving platforms such as:

  • United Way campaigns
  • Employer matching gift programs
  • Corporate HR or payroll departments
2. Use Our Charitable Information

When registering ANAC, you may need:

  • Charity Name: Acoustic Neuroma Association of Canada
  • Charitable Registration Number (CRA): 118777168RR0001
  • Mailing Address:

Acoustic Neuroma Association of Canada
P.O. Box PMB 1005
7B Pleasant Blvd
Toronto, ON  M4T 1K2

3. Set Your Donation Amount

Choose the amount you’d like deducted each week, bi-weekly, or monthly. Even small amounts add up quickly.

4. Submit & Confirm

Complete the registration form through your payroll program. Some employers may offer matching gifts—ask if your donation can be doubled!

How Your Payroll or Corporate Gift Reaches ANAC

If you donate to ANAC through your workplace, your gift may be processed in different ways depending on your employer:

  • Through a central giving platform – such as the Canadian Online Giving Foundation. Your donation is collected by the foundation and then disbursed to ANAC. Tax receipts are issued by the foundation.
  • Direct corporate programs – some employers use platforms like Cybergrants, which send donations directly to ANAC from the company. Tax receipts are issued by ANAC or the platform, depending on the arrangement.
  • Employer-led campaigns – your company may collect and send donations on your behalf, sometimes under the company’s name on pay stubs or tax receipts.

Important: In some cases, ANAC may not receive the donor’s personal information, so we might not be able to thank you individually. Regardless of the channel, every donation supports Canadians living with acoustic neuroma.
